Manual sync mode

In manual sync mode, you have to click “Sync contact” > “Sync Invoice” > “Sync payment” in a sequence to create Xero contact, Xero invoice, and payment.

Automatic sync mode

Turn your sync from manual mode to automatic mode by selecting an appropriate WooCommerce invoice event to trigger the sync procedure. In automatic sync mode, you don’t need to click any button to sync your order.

Filter order by sync status

We add a sync status dropdown and a “xero” table column to WooCommerce order list page. This help you to show synced and un-synced orders fast and easily.

 

Stock quantity sync

From version 2.1.2, you can sync stock quantity from Xero back to WooCommerce. This option runs in the background and doesn’t require you to do any manual action.
