Refund Policy

To send a refund request, open a support ticket or send us an email to contact@codekiwi.net. Your request must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The request date is within 30 days from purchase date.
  2. Unable to install our plugin due to error or fatal error occur when our plugin is executed.
  3. We have supported you but unable to solve the issue.
  4. Error caused by third-party plugin/addon/theme is not eligible for refund.
  5. You accept to uninstall our plugin before the refund is completed.
