Software Update
Upgrades are provided for a term of 12 months from the time of purchase. After 12 months the license will need to be renewed in order to continue receiving support and product upgrades.

Support Services
As a Codeorion customer, you’ll be provided with full 24×7 support for 12 months from the time of purchase via ticket management system.
Payments
Codeorion accepts payments in exchange for its products and services using digital payments such as credit card and PayPal. Your credit card or Paypal account information will be entered directly into Paypal’s website. We do not store and do not use the above information
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Codeorion. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
