To send a refund request, open a support ticket or send us an email to contact@codekiwi.net. Your request must meet all of the following conditions:
- The request date is within 30 days from purchase date.
- Unable to install our plugin due to error or fatal error occur when our plugin is executed.
- We have supported you but unable to solve the issue.
- Error caused by third-party plugin/addon/theme is not eligible for refund.
- You accept to uninstall our plugin before the refund is completed.
