Our plugin supports two synchronization modes: automatic and manual.
In automatic mode, you can choose which event will trigger the sync, such as when the customer places an order, when the payment is completed, or when the order status changes to completed. For example, when a user places an order on the front end:

At that time, on the backend side, our plugin will connect to Sage Active and create the corresponding sales order and delivery note (if required):

Our plugin also creates the invoice and records the payment when the order is paid or completed. You can choose any event to create the sales order or invoice, such as when the order is created, paid, or completed:

Each order will have a section that displays the sync log details, allowing you to view the sync status and the ID of the corresponding record in Sage:

In manual mode, click “Sync Contact”, “Sync Invoice”, or “Sync Payment” to send WooCommerce order to desired object on Sage:

Filter orders by sync status
If you want to view only orders that have been synced or haven’t been synced, at the WooCommerce orders page, select synced/un-synced at the dropdown and apply filter:

Syncing past order data
