Automatic sync

In Automatic Sync mode, data is synchronized automatically based on WooCommerce events that you can configure to match your business workflow.

For example, you can configure the plugin to automatically synchronize the customer, sales order, and invoice to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central whenever a new order is placed in WooCommerce. When the order is paid or marked as completed, the plugin can automatically create customer payment.

Manual sync

In Manual Sync mode, you synchronize data on by clicking the corresponding action buttons:

Sync status filter

On the WooCommerce Orders page, an additional Sync Status column is displayed to show whether each record has been successfully synchronized, is pending synchronization, or encountered a synchronization error.

This allows you to quickly monitor synchronization activities, identify failed records, and easily filter orders based on their sync status for more efficient management.

 

Syncing past order data

The plugin includes batch sync tool that helps you sync past orders. You simply select the order created date range, and this tool will run automatically in the background.

Two-way stock and price sync

This plugin enables two-way stock and price syncing between WooCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. It automatically updates item quantities and price from WooCommerce to BC and from BC back to WooCommerce, running seamlessly in the background.
