Automatic sync

In automatic sync mode, data is automatically synchronized with NetSuite based on the events you configure. For example, when a customer places an order in WooCommerce, the plugin automatically creates or updates the customer record and sales order in NetSuite. When the order status changes to Paid or Completed, the corresponding invoice and customer payment can also be created automatically, eliminating manual data entry and keeping both systems synchronized.

Manual sync

In Manual Sync mode, you need to click the corresponding sync buttons to synchronize data. If you click a later sync button before completing the previous steps, the plugin will automatically execute any required preceding steps first, saving you time and eliminating the need to perform each step manually.

Filter orders by sync status

If you want to view only orders that have been synced or haven’t been synced, at the WooCommerce orders page, select synced/un-synced at the dropdown and apply filter:

Syncing past order historical data

The plugin includes batch sync tool that helps you sync past orders. You simply select the order created date range, and this tool will run automatically in the background.

Two-way stock and price sync

This plugin enables two-way stock syncing between WooCommerce and NetSuite. It automatically updates item quantities from WooCommerce to NetSuite and from NetSuite back to WooCommerce, running seamlessly in the background.
